Can I buy and sell penny stocks on the same day of trading?

Does anyone know what the holding period (if any) there are for these stocks? Can I buy and sell same day?

Yes you can buy and sell any type of stock on the same day. But the rule is that all purchases must be paid in full before you sell them, if you do sell without paying your account is restricted fo 90 days or until payment is received and you can not use the proceeds of the sale to cover the purchase

There are not rules governing the “holding” period for stocks that sell in the market place. – Syndicates have holding periods on their group but let’s not go there.
