any stock picks for september 2009?

Anybody have advice on penny stocks to buy for september 2009

My favorite penny stock of 2009 was HEB. It is a drug company and the stock has gone from $0.05 to now at around $2. I bought my shares at $0.80. It was up around $3 this year but I held on to it because if their drug ever gets approval the stock should go up to $10 range.

I also think LVLT has potential. It is currently at $1.15/share. They have been unprofitable since they started but they are starting to show small profits. They own a lot of the internet backbone so as broadband internet increases their business will increase as well.
