penny stock on the rise

Best Penny Stock with great potential?

What other stocks are on the rise? I dont have much money right now but I want to invest it while the market is down for my future. Any help you can have about cheap and great potential stocks would be great. Thanks!

BAA- gold mining company 1.66 (buy bellow 1.25)
F- the only member of the Big Three that i believe can survive 2.84(but buy only when it dips bellow 2 dollars)

TXCO- oil exploration company(i haven’t done much research into this company)
