How does one buy penny stocks?

I saw a list of penny stocks on a site but wasn’t able to find them listed on my broker. Do I have to purchase through a private broker? How else could I buy them?

They are sold over the counter (OTC) in some cases you find the company selling shares and pay them directly for a contract receipt. You can then sell your shares to anyone you can find who is willing to engage a sales contract with you or if the company is successful they may buy back the shares to remove you from share holder of the company.
